I’m in tears bro, because we all have a story. I was on my way to become a professional boxer and now I have 2 bulging discs in my neck and can’t do that anymore. I’m in tears because I’m focusing on what I can still do and how I can contribute to life. Now I’m a personal trainer and get the opportunity to be a part of changing other peoples lives. Thank you for sharing

Timing is phenomenal! I’ll be 50 in December and have had Multiple Sclerosis since 2003. The last couple years I’ve been in & out of a wheelchair due to several issues not due to MS. Reconstructed right foot & heel. Rod placed in right leg bc of broken fibtib, two small breaks in left leg, hospitalized twice for kidney stones causing me to be septic, tore right labrum, and tore left labrum!! I’m struggling with no core strength, my weight fluctuating, and just pissed off!! Thanks for giving me hope, a smile, and motivation!!

just use of these techniques next time you wanna cut onions for cooking. 1.Use a very sharp knife when cutting onions. ... 2.Chill the onions in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting them. ... 3.Cut the onion under water. ... 4.Cut the onion near hot running water or a cloud of steam. ... 5.Breathe through your mouth and stick your tongue out. ... 6.Soak the onion in water.

So inspirational! I cried when he walked across the stage to get his diploma. I know his mother must have been so proud then, and probably is even more proud now to see all of his accomplishments. Something he said really resonated with me: All of us have disabilities in some way, the difference is that HIS is visible. But even still, he chose to focus on what he CAN do. That's it!!
