I have been trying many methods to achieve what this video helped me to achieve today. I broke down crying, my vision being in a beautiful safe home, surrounded by my children and grandchildren. Feeling total joy and peace. I am my future self now and I simply wasn't seeing it before. This is a fantastic meditation video. #1 be the person you want to manifest: walk, think, behave and be like them #2 build them physically: be healthy, eat healthy, excercise regularly treat your temple well #3 set your priorities: wether that’s _unconditional love from friends or a partner, abundance, fun life filled with positive things, luck, traveling, manifesting a specific thing, etc_ write it down from the most prioritized to the least and manifest them with this meditation
