I have been searching for a job and took the first one to come up. It is physically and emotionally painful and exhausting but I said I will continue and do my best because I know my positive attitude will bring back positive energy. Little things you do make a huge difference overtime so do one thing every day that you look forward to or at least don't mind doing and be consistent. Change your routine, incorporating productive activities, even as simple as getting up, making your bed and getting yourself ready for the day. Change your vibe, focus on what you want and works towards it... Yes, set goals, even just one or two things you want to accomplish in a day.

This is great and all, but just remember it’s not about you. Take these affirmations and better yourself, yes. Once you are in happiness and joy, HELP OTHERS!!! Spread joy and love. Even that person at work who seems to dislike you, overwhelm them with kindness. Overwhelm them with understanding. Once your cup runneth over, you have nothing to lose. With every emotion, with every situation, comes a choice. The choice to let it control you, or you let it go. Be the one to lift others up. Be the one to stay up and fight for positivity when negative energies plague those around you. I practice this all the time at the restaurant I’m employed at. I feel it works wonders when sh*t is going south, yet you fill the room with positive charisma, it spreads and eases the tension.
