The dangers of item multiplication mods are always at the Mithrix fight. He takes your thousands of items, and then when you get them back, it gets multiplied by 1000, because you’re technically getting items. So 1000x1000 is one million, very scary for your pc.

I just realized that he died not because of mithrix hitting him, but because of the shurikens from mithrix, which was targeting a drone. This drone then got nuked and wiped the whole map because of will o wisp, which is pretty funny because you had no reason to get drones other than for company, which killed you.

Maybe it is also important to know that teddy triggers first, so lets say first 99 attacks would be just flat out blocked. 100th one would trigger opal, so you would take 0.1% of the damage. Afterwards attackers would need to go behind teddy blocks to hit you in 7 seconds otherwise you would get your opal back. another thing is that there is something like a max health. If your health is beyond max health, your health would go to negatives (technical term for that is an overflow, in this case integer overflow). After getting back the items you get 1000 items back one by one, so they will also be multiplied. So in the end it was the reason for the death.

The answer is probably yes. Just pick up like 1 syringe/watch/crowbar and nothing else. obviously take advantage of the fact that active items aren't multiplied and pick one up. Maybe if you find a fuel cell pick 1 up. obviously never pick up movement items. never pick up more than 1 of each item you pick up.

If you look closely, you can see mithrix hitting and killing one of the drones. This caused an explosion killing all the other drones which also exploded. Those explosions triggered other item effects mithrix had. Your hp doesn't matter when there are thousands of items that exponentially boost damage

I actually switched over to mouse and keyboard and it is simply better, it's easier to aim and turning can be much quicker, another ror2 KZbinr RayDans told me to simply make the switch don't slowly go back and forth, it takes a little practice but you get the hang of it quickly

The strat i developed in my mind while seeing the thumbnail. Use railgunner, artifact of control and just take lenses and Topas brooches. For actives take the Boss onetap one for every stage. Take tp Vase for last stage. Do moon skip. Mithrix just gets 100% critrate while railgunner gets 10000 crit dmg. Topas brooches defend on kill so it is worthless to mithrix. Im trying to get better at strategy so i ask of you to Rate this strat 1-10
