I was expecting the pragmatic ways of incorporating risk management into company culture e.g by validating processes from risk point of view , or arranging risk seminars etc. But I see in the clip you didn’t touch these points (which was the main topic of the video). Sometimes when we start explaining a concept , we over narrate and end up not touching all points. This is just my thought. Thanks
