If the UFC wants to GROSSLY undercompensate its talent, the least it could do is allow for flexibility in its contracts for fighters to earn money in boxing. But it's a plantation that, thanks to Floyd Mayweather, only Mcgregor has been able to escape with any meaningful compensation. One reason I cant stand the sight of Dana White.

It's about principle. Theses guys gettin busted up for peanuts is abject exploitation. Paddy Pimblett made 12k to show and 12k to win in his last fight.after taxes, payment to coaches, managers/agents he nets 8 or 9k if hes fortunate medical expenses notwithstanding. And spoke has izzy made 7 million hos last fight and this was awhile back. Izzy gets a guarantee of probably 1 million plus a percentage of ppv. He's definitely making 7 mill plus a fight.

Now I understand fighter pay. But boxing is crooked asf too. There are very few boxers making the money they claim. The fans think they all are making millions because of Floyd and there not. Tyson fury,,Wilder and Joshua make great money. But that isn't many fighters. Boxing is actually been slowly dying off. Because of the bs promoters and corruption that boxing has. So boxing isn't that much better pay wise vs UFC. And I respect Francis and any man's self worth. I don't hate on anyone who thinks there worth a said amount. But Francis had a good way to get more pay and past it up. Because let's say he had to fight Jones at his same 500k salary? Idk if Francis gets ppv percentage? Like the top tiers do. If he fought jones and beat jones? Then jones would get a rematch since he's the goat and has never lost. Then that's when Francis would have held all the power on getting more pay. Instead he left and that's his choice and I respect that. But I'm not sure it was a good one. Because there's no talk of him fighting Tyson Fury,,Wilder or Joshua.

You aren’t forced to fight. You choose to. Stop acting like your a victim. Your an employee , you don’t promote yourself and it’s buisness. Use your head. If you want to decide what you want to make than start your own company. You alone put yourself in a position to be represented by the ufc. It’s not rocket science. Companies have the right to pay their employees what they want and employees have the right to negotiate , accept of refuse to accept the contract. If you don’t like it than go elsewhere but the thing is the ufc has leverage because they are at the top of the industry and they do pay fighters more than anyone else. Anyone who thinks it’s wrong are entitled. You as a fighter are the one who signed and agreed to the contract

Fighter pay is a big thing. Look at average pro boxer pay. Its the same as UFC. The top names in boxing make more, but that is it. if he wants to take the boxing route fight someone who is actively doing great. Or make a mma fight and company and make the money for them that way.
