It sounds to me more of the same. Red meat bad, saturated fat bad. To follow this logic you would have to condemn red meat, fish like salmon, eggs and milk. Isn't more likly that this marker is just an indication of what our gut microbiome is feeding on. If you eat high amounts of animal protein, of course, your gut bacteria would change to reflect that. How can we day for certain this is causitory and not correlation. On a side note, your audio is great!
