Almost 4 moths from my c4 -c7 ACDF all the pain I had before disappeared but now the pain in my back of my neck is almost constantly PT was done as well.

excellent presentation and it helped me alot. I am schedduled to go in for an ALIF on Dec 21, 2023. I had a laminectomy of L2- L5 last year and I am feeling better but L4,5 and S1 are collapsing and bones are degenerating. I did this to myself by being so careless and gunho from construction and tree topper. Packing RR ties, logs , concrete and 2 bundles of shingles at a time was stupid but seemed needed at the time to keep my job. I am rt handed so I have a 15 degree curve that has increased to 17 degrees. Dr Roland Kent of Axis Spine is doing my surgery plus Dr Pennings is doing the front access of digestive and other parts. You really helped me. One thing that doesn't seem to be addressed much is post operative consequences of anasthesia on psychiatric patients, I am Bipolar 1. After my laminectomy I experienced a major manic episode that lasted almost 5 weeks then confusion and deep depression. I think they used morphine in my mix. I will be talking to all my Dr's before this surgery. Thanks so much. Please keep sharing!!!

What can be done for Scoliosis of the lower spine, the pain is dreadful even with taking Tapentadol and Dicclofenac had a hip replacement last year, haven't been able to walk without Crutches ever since because of my back!

DR..my surgery is done last 2 month ago L4 L5 lumbo sacral spine..before my left foot pain now is good. but the pain transfer in the right foot..sorry for my bad english.can you please advice..
