Some great images Gary, the light down the valley and the clouds looked fantastic..I also enjoy getting in really tight to waterfalls and picking out details with the long long, really liked the compositions you picked out. Glad you didn't venture right to the top as it looked to sketchy, no image is worth getting injured for, apart from the odd blister or two on the feet 👍

Another great video , i particularly like the monochrome shots of the top waterfall . Well balanced advice there Gary , you have to get off the well trodden path to get a different view / composition/ angle than the masses who take the same shot from the place in the easy spot , BUT ... discretion is the better part of valour, they say . The need for a unique shot has to be tempered with common sense and self-preservation .

As we would say - total nutter!😂 That said, a brilliant video, and some stunning images, especially the b&w close ups! A question if I may, do you ever shoot water/falls at a fast shutter speed to freeze motion?😀

Hi Gary, exelent video as always ! I have a question about masks in Adobe Lightroom that I think you might be able to answer: The "white balance selector" is only available in the basis panel for for the entire image, and NOT within a mask - so how do you set the white balance within e.g. a object mask or a mask made with a brush ? E.g. I often do photos of shoes, and in the post I select the shoes with a mask to fine-tune colors, but I would realy love to have a white balance selector here - but theres isn't one ! ;-)
@GaryGough9 ай бұрын
I don’t use Lightroom, sorry. You can change colours and white balance selectively in Photoshop though.
