Creamy risotto like from the best restaurants.
An irresistibly delicious and creamy risotto with veal according to a recipe you can't go wrong with. A lunch that we are very happy to prepare and no one refuses. A must-try recipe.
INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of veal
1 cup of rice
beef stock / broth
carrot
onion
50 g of butter
canned peas
tomato puree 1 tbsp
parsley
RECIPE:
✅ Cut the veal into cubes and season with a little oil, salt and pepper. Leave in the refrigerator until use
✅ Chop the onion and carrot into cubes and fry for 5 minutes, adding a little butter. Combine meat with vegetables and fry everything together for 5 minutes. After the veal has released its juices, we start stewing for about 30 - 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
✅ We add red sweet pepper and a little beef stock, so that our meat does not burn
✅ After 30 minutes of stewing, we will add 1 tablespoon of tomato puree and canned rice and peas. Fry everything together for 5 minutes
✅ Now we start cooking the rice. We will lower the stock 2 - 3 times, until the rice is fully cooked. About 20 minutes
✅ At the very end, we add parsley and add more seasoning if necessary. Add one cube of butter when the risotto is ready, to make it even creamier.
