HI Risto Siilasmaa, thanks for the video, it is very inspirational. I also just started learning ML few weeks ago, but the pace is very slow as my time is tied up with other daily works. 🙂 Anyway, just a friendly clarification, for the video, at 15:37 minute, if not mistaken, the function (with graph) shown in the video is TanH function, instead of Sigmoid function. Since i am new to ML too, probably you can have a double check on that to confirm. Again, thanks for publishing this video which i believe will help a lot of people who are still unsure how to start learning ML.

I think you are right. Sigmoid function goes from 0 to 1 while tanH function goes from -1 to 1.

This was inspiring and although I had already started that course earlier this summer, it encouraged me to continue with it. I plan to get back into coding in 1Q2018 and have ideas for some ML algos. Kiitos Risto!
