The house is located very near to the designer Outlet in York. The property is a bit expensive compared to other parts in Yorkshire because of its location.
The ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, and a washroom. The living room is quite decent sized with plenty of natural light coming through two big windows. There is another room that can be used as a dining room or a second living room or even a study. The kitchen is massive with a dining table in the middle and another living space with a television on the other end. The kitchen has plenty of countertop space, cupboards, and two french door access towards the garden. There is also a utility space with a washing machine and dryer, and a door towards the garden.
The first floor has five bedrooms, a dressing room, and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is a double bedroom with plenty of space to walk around. It has two big windows and an attached dressing room and bathroom. The bathroom has both a tub and a walk-in shower. There are two more double bedrooms, one with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The Jack and Jill bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The fourth bedroom is a double bedroom with space for two single beds or a double bed. There is also a fifth room that is the smallest room in the house and can be used as a storage room, office space, or gaming room. There is a family bathroom with a tub, sink, and toilet on the first floor.
