@elcrisant For the record (so to speak), the solo you hear in this video is absolutely played by Ritchie Blackmore. The song is "Gates Of Babylon", which is on the Rainbow album titled "Long Live Rock 'N Roll" - released in 1977. The Rata Blanca album "El Camino del Fuego", with the song "Sinfonia Fantastica", was released in 2002. There is indeed a similarity between the two solos, but that stems from Mr. Giardino "borrowing" from Mr.. Blackmore's solo from 25 years earlier.

i can't belive it the, in the minute 2:26 the guitar solo is very same to the guitar solo of rata blanca of the song sinfonia fantastica fron the " el camino del fuego" in the minute 4:30, i hope that fake is intensional, if this is't walter giardino is a big fake man, i hope what not.

Some good choices here. I would have put in Light in the Black over Stargazer....to me it has more energy, but no complaints. You are a blackmore fan, and that's all that matters!

That's music not the fastest but his music talks not just raping innocent guitars( that's why he brakes them after the show!!)
