I mean clean sheets just follow Saliba around, last season Saliba kept 18 league clean sheets, VVD got 1 clean sheet in Liverpools last 12 league matches, Saliba has started Frances last 6 matches keeping 5 clean sheets & not conceded a goal from open play, 2 seasons in the Premier league both seasons was in team of the season, both seasons nominated for young player of the season. Weren’t this the same guys calling for him to be dropped a few weeks back. Looks like they finally woke up! Fair game they’re finally giving him his flowers. I’m not getting in to the world class argument, but he’s got to be easily in the top 5 in the world in his position, I don’t think he gets as much credit and respect to his name. Doing what he does at his age, and at a very consistent level, the ceiling keeps getting higher for Saka.

Compare the ages when van dyke was at Celtic and Southampton to saliba who's 21 now. Van dyjk was phenomenal at liverpool, I think saliba potentially could become better. Both are calm, quick, strong, saliba needs to be more vocal like dyjk .
