(Wesley Budde) Yes I know how high water did reach in center of town one time, about 10 to 12 feet marking on a few buildings as I saw. Edenbridge, Kent, my home town as I lived there for the best part of my first 30 years before going to Australia and then the Philippines. Thanks.
