Video views of the river Exe in flood from Stoke Canon to Cowley. Showing Stafford railway bridge with water right up to the under side of the bridge.
It's not unusual for this area to flood as 2 main rivers join near here. The river Culm flows into the river Exe at Stoke Canon.
This short video shows how extensive the river floods here, before going down to Cowley Bridge, and then onto Exwick flood defence barrier.
