River Front Property Klamath River, CA

2.3 acres property with more then approx a quarter of a mile of river front and beaver creek runs through it. The mobile home is a 2 bed 2 baths open floor concept. The backyard is large and there is apple tree and grape 🍇 vines, a awesome plataform built high in the trees for a sleep out! The river is absolutely gorgeous and there are many spots for beach area.

@@darkwater1967 I live 40 mins from that area and drive through there to get to Medford to run errands. Yes, the river makes it look very enticing. It's in the middle of nowhere. Be prepared to drive long distances for medical care, shopping, etc. Every place has it's pros and cons. Research the area before considering moving there. The Klamath dam is being demolished nearby too. Just a friendly fyi. ( I used to work in SF 5 yrs ago. Moved up here and have not regretted it. Living in a tiny community of 3,000.)

@@delphina13ciel Same here...live in a small town in the Sierra foothills, 2500 elevation right where the oaks and the pines coexist, a mile out on a dirt road, good 30 minutes to the nearest hospital that is not rated for major trauma emergencies, almost got overrun by the Butte Fire in 2015, the Old Gulch Fire in 1992, and a number of small blazes that fortunately were kept to 20 acres or less.
