River Grudie (Easter Ross)

Whitewater kayaking on one of several Grudie's in northern Scotland. This one is heavily dam affected so needs a lot of rain, despite it's huge catchment in the Fannichs.
Best in high flow when it is a phenomenal 2km blast with continuous sections, powerful falls and a few very chunky holes. Some clean ledge falls in particular feel like we stole them from Quebec! Watch out for the cave on the left of the top fall.
