River of Life Part 3 Crossing the Lauangwa

This video is the concluding part of the "Luangwa - The River of Life " series. Having crossed the river in a Canoe we spent three days at Tafika Camp. It is in a stunning location right on the river only a short drive from the South Luangwa Park. We have been visiting Africa for ten years and never have we had such wonderful Leopard sightings. Not only that but we saw a wide variety of wildlife set against the backdrop of the Beautiful Luangwa which really is a river of Life. If the South Luangwa is not on your list of places to visit then I hope that these videos will encourage you to put it near the top. For making this happen I need to thank Michele at Safari Consultants for the care and attention she gave to making this our best Safari (so far)

Many thanks for your comments and for making me smile. I'm very glad you enjoyed the video. The Luangua is a very beautiful place. As for my accent I originally hail from the midlands but have lived in the south of England for many years though as my son lives in Yorkshire I am getting used to another accent altogether. Rick Wilfred Many thanks for your very kind comments Rick. The Luangwa is an outstanding location and the best we have been to over the years for Leopard. The camera is a canon legria HF G30. In fact I was using it for the first time to make this video and the quality is much better than the old Sony I was using recording onto tape. This one of course records to SD cards which are more convenient and economical. I just have to rely on my backups if there is a problem with the hard drive!!
