The Ice Crusher needs an immediate revamping. On one side you are talking about hygiene and on the other Ice is being crushed in a Rusted machine. Makes no sense at all because the crushed Ice gets added to the Mango juice extracted. So Hygiene Gone to Dogs.

To get the best quality and texture the mango skin should be peeled off first, otherwise the bitterness of skin makes the pulp bitter for which you need add extra sugar or flavour to subside that bitterness. Best way is to keep the pulp natural without adding sugar or with very little sugar so that the fruit freshness can be enjoyed thoroughly.
