Another nice video Mick thank you and I admire your dedication and enthusiasm which really shows through. We fished the Wye last week further down near Monmouth. Lots of blanket weed and very difficult, plan to re visit when the water is up and flowing more 🤞🤞cheers Jim

What a beautiful part of the world, such great scenery and wildlife there. Late one night i seen what i think was a sparrow hawk dive down try take a bat, awesome. Enjoyed the watch again 👍

Nice video mick . Fished the other side quite a lot Caradoc court. Not one of the best Beats on the wye. Holme lacy 3 would be a good trotting beat . Run by the wye &usk . Also Lower Hill Court Angling Dreams Adam Fisher . Keep up the good work on the float and you get your reward , Tight lines and all the best

Ey up mick enjoying you vids again , them concrete points out into the river, I once watched Martin bowler fish off one ov those ,he said the gillies put them in to make the flow bounce round them making favourable holding area's for the salmon fisherman to catch the salmon, before course fishing was allowed, could hold chub and barbel with a bit more flow on it, one never knows

Well according to some, the Wye and Usk are dead rivers. Yes things aren't good, but as being " dead" well this video shows different!

The rewards are there, probably not big enough fish in there for some, so it's dead to them. 👍🎣🎣
