As a fellow sufferer of PTSD and anxiety attacks, do not let it run your life. Get a good therapist and get out in the open and go fishing man. Nothing is better for you that getting out of the house and getting some lines wet. Even a bad day fishing is better than a day spent sitting in a dark room with looming anxiety. Get out and get after it man!

Are you taking Zans? If not you should try to find a doctor who will give it to you. Most doctors won't give it to you but I have been on them for 20 years. I take one milagram 3 times a day. It is not enough, but I can function good most days. Hang in there.

@@dalewood5964 I'm actually on mental disability. I take Mirtazapine, generic Lexapro, Trazadone and Diazepam. And I drink alot every day which I don't tell my LPN. Talked to counselors but they all spew the same thing. Plus it's hereditary. 😞🤦🏾‍♂️

Hey Spencer! Just wanted to throw it out there. Any marina with floating docks on the Tennessee river holds crappie from February through June. The shallower ones have a shorter time frame but if there's 15' in the cove and shallow brush you'll have fish there all spring. Hope this helps you fill your belly one day!

Flathead is by far the best eater... and those around 10 are perfect!!! Decent amount of belly meat, perfect filets, easy cleaners!!!.... it doesn't get much better

Tried fishing a small reservoir yesterday out here and got completely skunked. It's primarily a walter fishery but there are some good sized cats in there. Also, shore fishing sucks, I hate not having a small boat for these reservoir's out here.

If the weather is decent, the cats should be pushing to the shallower part where the river dumps in. Hope that helps man. If you already did that then I hope ya find them somewhere.

Hey Spencer, the only catfish in my area are bullhead and they’re slimy all black but they are really good to eat. Do you have catfish kings restaurant in your area? it was early 90’s and I was working out of fort hood in Texas and saw a sign so I tried it out and I’m glad I did!
