Finally able to fish open water for the last few weeks here on the upper Mississippi river . Went out Monday and did my favorite kind of spring fishing . Floating and dragging in the main channel . We caught every fish you could ever think of . Channel cat,s , suckers , Hackle back sturgeons , buffalo , walleye , drum , white bass and a 23 pound carp ! A good day of fishing this way will take 20 dozen crawlers . Matt my bait guy loves me in the spring ! Just because I love him so much at 375 a dozen I make him check every container !

Spencer, you are so easy when it comes to meals- just throw random items in a tortilla. Even my tree-hugging self can work with ya. I also am a fan of the tortilla and will use chicken, turkey, fish, refried beans with cheese, vegetables , and siracha(sour cream if I remember my lactose pills). No mammals or turtles!!
