The line about doing homework and going to sleep is supposed to represent Eren in the ending of aot. So Spoilers. The lyrics about finishing homework is, I think, suppose to represent Eren finishing his homework, in this case genocide, and he could then go to sleep meaning once he’s done he’ll die.

This is the version I can't stop coming back to. It's not easy to capture the feeling of a song in a foreign language, yet instead of changing it to for your style, you adapted it with 100% faithfully it's amazing. The way you successfully capture the seriously creepy and surreal feel of the song is just such art. And the way you sing the chorus? It's sounds so unnatural and disturbing, how do you have the skill to sing in a surreal way it's fucking awesome dude. And the way you do the "MY WAR" at the end is so raw it gives me chills every time.

Attack on titan at the beginning was just to me an awsome show that made me excited because of how bombastic the opening was but as I went on my excitment turned into joy because hey that show I liked along time ago came back then in season 3 and 4 my joy turned into curiosity and fear not fear in the sense I was scared but I was constantly having that feeling of goosebumps and chills running down my spine. Watching eren turn from what looked like at the time a generic shonen protagonist that will kill the titans and save humanity into well if you watched the show you know.

It's neat a cover, although I still don't get how people don't realize how the original Was in English, it's just a cover that's easier to understand since it doesn't have the thick Japanese accent. Still though, this cover's pretty good. Edit: Some clarification, Yes, some of it is in Japanese and another language, but a large majority is in English and I've noticed many sources not finding the original by Shinsei Kamattechan, [of which I highly recommend] but yes, I do know that there is other languages thrown in there.
