I was looking forward to receiving my order, £70.55. It was left outside my block of 150 apartments, in public for 3 hours, feet away from rat trap boxes. 5:30a.m is extremely early for a food delivery. I dumped the lot! Thanks for nothing - £70.55 and not even an offer of compensation.

Did the veg arrive in a box? Was the box closed? Or was the veg piled outside on the bare pavement? Were you already informed of delivery time? Or was it delivered much earlier than you were told? If veg were in a box and delivered at the time slot you were previously informed of, then you're the fool to have dumped them. And deserve zero compensation and zero services from an honest and honorable business like Riverford
