Riverford Organic Farmers I think it’s great to see/hear from all of the chefs / cooks at Riverford - everyone is so passionate about veg. Guy is always entertaining - he’s polarising to some but others his “I just don’t give a flying F” approach is brilliant. I learned a huge amount in this video having tried and failed with artichokes - I’m making this next week as artichokes in the box. Just a shame I have to wait! Still, I’ve this week’s lovely veg to eat first!?!?
