As a teenager on a field trip, I did White River rafting on the pinup Scott river. I remember on that river. There was this hole. It was called magic in between 2 rocks. You could get in between the rocks and just sit there and rock back-and-forth. I was kind of magical.

plant some coastal willow planted in x formation to make a net cut the tops and let it form a low lilving fence layer behind some saly grass beacg morning glory alittle creeping softbush silver carpet then use 4x4 to create a ledge between the living break... you will have no flooding and some nice stuff to look at

Another great video and adorable home! I ❤ what they are doing to it. We are sooo close to selling our CT house and moving north for good, I wish it was now, this would be it!! Perfect for a retired couple, can easily put a nice dirt road down towards the lake and put a camper for the kids when they visit.....perfect sized lot with privacy....Phil do you have the map/property border yet?

Riverfront homes are fine until excess rain floods the river unless the property is elevated up from the flood plain.
