I’m old. Been in real estate game as builder, contractor, investor and service business owner for over 40 years . They might need cash to live on. That said imho there selling cause there smart. These over inflated prices aren’t go to last for ever. I’ve hoarded cash and will go on a tear prob mid 2025. Unique offers already floating by my desk from New York State to Maine. I think greater opportunities are just down the road.

I was Shocked by the price. This property is Gorgeous. Well built structures etc. own pond etc. I thought for sure $699,000. Easily,,, could have been $650 - $700 K.. If I were 20 years younger (57 now) and my husband were still alive, we'd figure out the winters. I can afford the place. I'm just too old now and have lived my entire life snowless - I have zero clue how to deal with snow ect...but man oh man, the younger couple we were would have jumped on the place and lived a totally different lifestyle.

Gorgeous but that town is dead. I drive through it alot its rough alot of homes are worn down and broken down. Its such a nice area but hiw can you sustain the income to cover the mortgage. Ect.
