I hope maybe sometime in the future they release something together again. Super cute that Hwasa guested at his solo concert and then later on he guested at hers. This song was like a BOMB on South Korea! they got more than 80 real time ALL KILL, it means the song topped ALL music charts and it won Hot Trend Awards at MMA 2018. Hwasa and Loco wrote the lyrics while Woogie (the bartender) is the composer. This collaboration started on a television program called 'Hyena on the keyboard' , Loco is Hwasa fan since ages, he couldn't even look at her when they met, they're really cute together. By the way the song Khadija mentioned ( Hwasa's 'Be calm' ) is so beautiful and sad at the same time. The song was co-composed by Hwasa herself, and she also penned its lyrics...recently, in an interview Hwasa revealed she wrote it for her late uncle who passed away in a car accident. He was like a father to her, she said “Suddenly losing someone who was valuable to me was really hard. I went through an emotionally difficult time for a while." I love Hwasa's Be Calm too! Even before I knew the meaning of it. I always listened to it when I felt depressed. And now knowing the meaning makes it even more impactful. Hwasa revealed that the song is dedicated to her uncle who was always there for her before he passed away in a car accident. It's a beautiful song and touching song that is still on my playlist.

Actually, this song is produced in a variety show...Hwasa was invited to this variety show (Hyena on keyboard), where the artist will show how they are being creative and create a song...this variety show also allows them to collaborate with they favorite artist and idol...and that where Hwasa asked Loco to collab with her...FYI because she is a Fan of Loco...In that show, they will 1st show you the making of the song, and after that, they will perform it live..the video that you see is the LIVE show actually, where they perform at the end of their slots, that why you saw the mike and stuff...because it the variety that just make it as a music video because the song becomes hit and listed on the KPOP Chart. A Toronto-related note (since you'll appreciate a hometown angle!): AOMG did a show here in January (1 dj, 4 rappers) and Loco performed his part of 'Don't'. Not only was his flow even better live, but a chunk of the crowd also yelled, "Hyejin-ah!" (Hwasa's real name is Hyejin) during his performance--he works it into the song as a subtle echo of "jujima" at one point, and fans have picked up on it. :)
