but please please please use the correct lyric video. the one by "af taehyung" has the most accurate color coding and lyrics (but also please tell them that the lyric at the beginning isn't "I hung myself in this sandcastle" and it's more along the lines of "I *trapped* myself in this sandcastle", it bothers me when people get super shocked at that line when it's mistranslated in the first place lol)

1:30 that was Jungkook! 3:03 and that's also Jungkook, he's the main vocal of the group and also the youngest (21). Actually I was so happy you liked that part because it's my fav one of Save me. Not really 100% one take, as you can see from the behind the scenes video in which they do film parts at a time and then stop. If it was fully one take from start to finish, they wouldn't stop the filming until it reached the end of the song. They're just long takes put together. Sorry!

The final take is from start to finish. They stop when rehearsing the scene, or they decide to change something/mess up. It's not like they could get one perfect take on their first try. I don't remember if they wrote/produced this track, though I think they do for most of their songs nowadays.

I find this hard to believe! If it's true, then that's an amazing feat. They've done the one-take style before. Wouldn't they have said somewhere that this is a real one take, unlike their previous ones?

I think the behind the scenes was them rehearsing and then attempting the one take. They would run to the monitors after to see if it was good. They're perfectionists so if something was off they wanted to go again. There are articles how it was touted as a one-take video. I know they tried for the feel of a one-take with some previous MVs, but I don't think they ever claimed it was truly one-take before (but I could be wrong since there is just so much stuff out there on them, I'm sure I've missed plenty). Well, like I said, I find it amazing if it is a real one-shot video! That must have taken forever, loads of practise and a million takes, because it wasn't an easy video. Highly choreographed, extremely easy to mess up and need a re-shoot. I would never automatically think that something of that caliber would be truly one take.

If you want more of their vocals, I suggest listening to their 4 vocalists solo songs (jimin, jungkook, V, and Jin) because they are all separately phenomenal and all have their own sounds. Oh, and the rappers... well you haven't heard nothing until you hear their mixtapes. ANYWHO.. some songs you could find more vocals on them for would be Butterfly (which is personally my favorite), Spring Day (a soft ballad that surprises with angelic vocals and rap), Just One Day (their older song with cliche mv concept but cute and lots of back vocals), and Dope (a stronger variety of jazz and edm pop mixture with high notes, growling vocals, and lit bgm). Thanks for giving them another shot!

I love one take videos too!!! This is probably one of my favorite BTS songs because of it😄 another good older one take mv is BIGBANG’s Love Song. Its slower and not as dance heavy, but i still love it 😍 its the first kpop mv that really pulled me in👍🏼 Also EXO has a one-take version of Growl, before BTS they were the biggest group and Growl is the song that got them there😄 i think the biggest props have to go to these Korean camera operators!!!!

U should watch 'Spring day' (if I'm not mistaken RM wrote it) & as many recommended listen to truth untold (vocal line). There's a bunch more I would recommend like 'house of cards'(vocal line), 'butterfly', 'forever young', 'I need u', 'Tomorrow' & there's actually engs subs (u should read the lyrics, it's very meaningful) Lastly, tq for giving BTS another try (I was actually surprised that u watched Anpanman first cuz eventho it's a jumpy song, fun choreography & layered deep message, it's not really the best for first impression since bts explore many genre)
