Thanks Kristian! Well, yeah there is some noise from Memorial, but then again there are also views over the bow river and all the people out enjoying the pathways. Totally unique property, and not for everyone - but personally I know every home comes with a little compromise - it 's just about which one makes the most sense for you!

if u want to live near the bow river that fine but when it a bad rain storm & the water raise up on land everything that about 50 to 100 miles i think it was get flood out i live in Calgary for 20 years & in Douglas Glen area that near bow river from 1999 / 2000 to 2014 near by people had to leave do to high water
