I just bought same thing 2 days ago from Amazon. Some how can't fall in sleep. I put the brace on during the day watching.and then at night I put brace on when I'm sleepy sleepy.i will have brace on least hours at night.its only 2 days.im waiting that day I be pain Free 🥴

You mention the pain is usually located in the heel - for plantar fasciitis that is causing pain in the middle of the 'bridge' of the foot, are there any different suggestions? Trying to stretch my foot to a 90 degree angle is painful, but especially so by pulling the middle toes back at all beyond the flat position :(

You could try rolling out your calves with a massage ball or foam roller first. Oftentimes tightness in the calves affects the movement available through the foot. If that doesn't help and the pain is getting in the way of everyday life, I would recommend looking for a sports chiro or physio in your area.
