I like the clean, simple styling of the R2. So refreshing after some of the horrible (my opinion) 'origami' styling of some vehicles.

Wow, the R2 would be great to carry my Kayaks, and the fold-down rear window would allow access without opening the hatch which would hit the Kayaks that are on the roof. But what about front (and rear ideally) hooks for bow lines? My 2005 Subaru Outback is perfect for Kayaks but the following update they ruined the roof rack and got rid of the hooks and raised the height so still driving my 20-year-old Subaru.

Agreed but branding and marketing is key in the states.. the police headlights made a signature to drivers in 2009

Don't like the trend of spelling out the brand in large letters. Replace the lettering with a badge in the middle of the taillight bar

I agree but, as a marketing person.. think about someone in their early 20 or so with a good job.. they do not know the name of the new ev brands.

​@@dertythegrowerKnowing the spelling of a name when you have a logo isn't necessary. Now they can take a picture of any car and AI will tell them what it is. This is simply a fad. Cluttering up the design for use as a rolling billboard.

​@MrCarGuy I think as a start up. having the big letters is a wise decision. Not everyone would take the time to take a photo and search for a vehicle they see on the road. Its easy to just see the back of the vehicle and spell it out. The logos confuse people, rivian logo is almost similiar to renault logo.

Spare tire! Adventure vehicle without a spare tire, jack and wrench is absurd. Congress needs to act on this! Otherwise, great vehicle!
