125 kws is great when you had 187 miles in tha battery. Way too much "acting" when you backed into the chargers, when you knew your charge port is on the FRONT of the vehicle. No need for that drama. Good video other than the backing up as a Rivian owner knows where the charge port is located.

I don't know that 125kW is great at that SOC with such a large battery pack. Thats what the Rivian gets, but overall with a 135kWh battery pack it could still be higher. Drama is what people live for😂. Just kidding. The point of all that is for non-Tesla owners to understand why Superchargers are the way they are. Thank You for watching👍

I found the parking lines to charge at that super charger are a little off! I needed to move over the line to get the cord to make it to charge port.

It makes it easier if you move over a little. I have seen them lines both ways and I have seen them where they actually changed the lines later. Who knows🤣 Thank You for watching👍

Gtk. I bet those lines will get changed this summer when charging at the WYE gets busier!

My Tesla parks itself at the charger. No drama like you have displayed, btw not that hard, i did charge my R1S at at Tesla on several occasions and used the A2Z adapter, as the Rivian one has not arrived yet. All u had to do is move the R1S a bit to the right, as it was empty and no one else was charging but that takes away the drama I guess. Over 50% soc, the charging speed starts to ramp down, so 125 kw speed is not bad, btw.

This charger happened to be empty but in many places they are very busy. It is important for non Tesla drivers to understand the challenges they face at a busy Supercharger. Explaining people how to park is not drama but helpful. 125 kW is not good either. On such large battery pack, 135kWh, it certainly could have been higher at that SOC.
