Purple slept cool but was too firm for side sleeping yet oddly jiggly for back sleeping, Nectar was great for side and back but slept a tad too hot here in SoCal (all foam mattress), but this DreamCloud is just perfect for us! It really feels like you're sleeping at a premium hotel and so far we've found no downsides.

@@Sc19869 yes it’s softer than most entry level beds. I think they also have an even softer version for side sleepers called DreamCloud Premier…haven’t tried that one yet

I love it!!! Been having some of the best sleep. The upper memory foam layer really lets the mattress conform to the shape of my body but still feels supported.

@@謬 not too firm at all! I’m a side sleeper as well and I’m a curvy woman so I really like that it allows my shoulder and hip to “sink” into the mattress so that there isn’t any extra pressure on this parts.

I just bought the bed so I hope it's good as the many reviews I've seen, Yes there was a couple negative reviews. No matter what the item is No one will ever post 100% good reviews on anything. I'm getting rid of my old mattress now that seems very similar to this one and had it for 16 years.

This bed is more between medium firm and plush. The premier is medium and the premier rest is extra firm no plush. Hope this helps. I tried out all 3.

I think you might actually have that backwards, the premier rest is their softest most plush mattress as it's their luxury offering.

I can attest the box this comes in is extremely heavy. A neighbor of mine ordered one and the FedEx guy brought it to my door. He said it takes 2 people to lift. I hurt my back... Then I find out nobody in my house ordered it. Wrong address... So I lugged it all the way to my van by myself to haul it to the neighbor. I'm actually surprised how tall it gets when it's unfolded in this video. Even the body weight of the guy laying on it doesn't push it down. I may end up getting one for myself.

It works well with a box or with slats. I prefer the slats so I can keep my bed low profile. 👍

I can’t find a 12” queen mattress - foam is fine as long as it doesn’t sleep hot or hybrid if coils aren’t uncomfortable. Usa preferred. No fiberglass or chemicals. Side sleeper. Prefer soft plush and must have edge support. Not nectar. No fiberglass or chemicals. Approx 600?

I don't know if it was my weight or position, but the first night I slept on this, I had a lot of pressure on my shoulder. It felt like I was sinking too deep into a bed that meant to hold 500+ pounds on each side of the bed and I'm well under that. IT basically lifted my shoulder up too high. Hopefully I can find a way to resolve that. It also does feel odd when on stomach reading on this bed.

Ordered a DreamCloud Premier and foundation on 8/9 and charge appeared on my card same day. As of today 8/19 they haven't even shipped yet. Email updates are false. One even said that my order would arrive tomorrow, "tomorrow" being a few days ago... On hold for 11 min. on my 3rd phone call ( rep asked if I would mind a 3 to 5 min. wait). I am not the least bit happy with DreamCloud so far.

Caution, DONT OPEN THE BOX, or they wont take it back, received mine 4 days ago!!! This is not a good company, terrible customer service and a very ambiguous return policy. I'm very disappointed in my experience with Dreamcloud.
