@@SkateOrDie666 It was pretty positive buying the mattress. Maybe if you needed to return it you may run into a hassle? But buying it was easy and the delivery was pretty quick. No issues

@@SkateOrDie666 to add to my response. I had heard they were having issues with delivery during the pandemic. I purchased mine post-pandemic and had no issues.

This is funny you say firmness is a 7.5 the company says all there mattress's are a 6.5 (medium soft)

Medium….. also he is reviewer and giving HIS firmness rating not sure what you don’t understand about that 🤷🏻‍♂️

Did I say I didn't understand something or your just making stuff up. Point is the company that makes the bed(makes the bed) say's it's a 6.5 but a reviewer knows better than the company that's really interesting. So consumers should go by what a reviewer says and not what the company that makes the bed says that's brilliant@@chunkyfxdls1878
