Finally Dramarama!!! This song got Monsta X their 1st win!! So there are 3 stories within this song - 1. Kihyun and Jooheon are friends (or maybe more). Jooheon dies in a car crash and Kihyun keeps trying to save him using the watch Hyungwon gave him at the beginning of the mv. In the end he changes places with Jooheon, sacrificing himself to save Jooheon (the rule being that where there is death, there will always be death).. 2. Wonho is from the future (year 2047) where time travel and the possession of watches is illegal. He has a similar watch (assumed to be given to him by Hyungwon) and keeps going back in time to meet Shownu. As this is illegal, he is caught and the watch is taken from him. Shownu is seen waiting for him in the end... 3. Minhyuk and Changkyun are friends as kids but something happens and they are separated. Minhyuk finds the watch (left for him in the cafe by Hyungwon) and he uses it to try to go back in time to find and bring Changkyun back with him to the future. He reunites with Changkyun, but they are found by the authorities and Minhyuk is forced back to the future alone and his watch is damaged... Hyungwon is a time traveller wanting to help his friends by giving them the watch so they can fix their past. But, the ending is quite sad, they cannot alter what has to happen and nothing really changes... You should watch Find You (a prequel) next and then Destroyer to continue this storyline... Regarding the current situation, I believe the boys worked like crazy and have recorded a ton of content (you already know of the English album) which they will release over time. Other than that, all the younger members are now involved in different activities like hosting tv and radio shows, acting in web dramas, etc... So they will most likely focus more on those activities as time passes and more members have to enlist (Minhyuk will enlist next year and I'm not sure if Kihyun will as well)... Shownu is the very first member to join the military, so the other 6 (including Wonho) have yet to go. They are still promoting altogether as Monsta X, they're in the process of releasing their second full English album (including Shownu, but promoting it without him) with the first single having dropped 2 weeks ago, called ONE DAY. They have the other singles, and the album still to come. So buckle in. It gets bumpy during their English releases, due to an increase in anti attention. The next member due to enlist is Wonho, then later the same year Minhyuk and Kihyun, then the next year Hyungwon, then Jooheon, and then Changkyun in that order. SK has been playing around with the rules for enlistment though and there is apparently a possibility that 93 liners (those born in 1993) may have to enlist later THIS year, but as far as I can tell that's just speculation and rumours. The members have all been busy doing individual and group projects lately, inside and outside of music, with every member (besides Wonho and Shownu) hosting their own radio shows, working on dramas, hosting variety/music shows, brand ambassadorship, modelling, releasing mixtapes, covers, and solos, etc etc etc. They are booked and busy, so no, Monsta X, the kings of being workaholics, are very unlikely to take a hiatus during the military period of their career. They will do more solo ventures during this time though, but Shownu filmed a bunch of content for us before he left, and I imagine the others will do the same, so there will never be any drought for Monbebe. They honestly, and genuinely love us, and always make sure to feed us well, we are truly blessed.

Yay! More Monsta X!! They are touring and promoting as 5 right now, the future is always uncertain but they genuinely love each other so I can see them meeting back up and continuing and potentially renewing their contracts.

Yyyyyyyaaaasss finally!!!!!! This is their first win song!!!!!!! This mv was what pointed there was a storyline starting from All In. The rap Jooheon and I.M made includes our fandom name and that's part of what makes this song so special.

MUSIC: They already prepared the english album (with Shownu). They also have a WOLRD TOUR for 2022. Jooheon and Kihyun are preparing something (we don't know when),... so yeah they never sleep. SHOWS: They are working hard with UNIVERSE every episodes of each series are funny and they never gonna stop (I guess)... English is not my first language sorry

I love their time travel concept... it was great that after 2 years they continued it with "Find You", but I feel sad because with Wonho leaving we probably won't get any more videos in the future to flesh out the timeline.

yes please don't keep all the non music content to urself Monbebe (I'm mostly talking for myself here tho) looove that stuff. This song really is special to us bc it achieved them their first ever win. About the military thing actually all of them still need to go (including Wonho) and we don't really know when or how they're gonna promote in the meantime esp. with the 93 line gone. As of now they are promoting as five but Shownu will be a part of the new album (they already reacorded it, hence why he was in the "One Day" MV). Also thank you for the reaction. BTW the channel you watched the guide on has individual guides for the members that also introduce their personalities quite well.

So far it's unclear what will be the enlistment date for the 93 line. It will be interesting to see if they all choose to go together. I wish they would, because it seems expedient, but I understand that there's money to be made on any members not enlisted, so staggering it allows for solos and units to work together, too, and a rapline unit full album followed by a solo from a returning Shownu would be awesome while the 93s are still away and before maknae line enlists. This video is part of a storyline, so it's worth doing the research on how to watch the videos and what they all mean. Because you've watched the guide (which is great except for computer pronunciations!), and you know about the Wonho situation, I'd recommend watching his 'Losing You' video to understand where he was as he was preparing to return as a solo artist. Also, his 'Ain't About You' is a fun bop in addition to his most recent comeback pieces. For future MX watching, though, you've got lots to get through still (yay!), including Hero, which is one of my personal faves (abs), and the entire first English album and its collab. It's worth watching their debut, and Stuck as well. You Can't Hold My Heart (good original video and the live version is everything!) is a complete vibe and we get all the vocals there. Then there's the I.M/Joohoney Sambakja, which was that one you saw in the guide in red where I.M goes OFF. The rap line also has separate solo projects in the bag already, with Jooheon's being rap-centric from light to heavy and I.Ms being a chill album that's more vocal-centric. So much still to love. Thanks for bringing us along on your discovery journey!
