Finally Itzy! I was a pre-debut Midzy and to this day it's still crazy how much hate they got over Dalla Dalla. At least the kpop community calmed down when Icy came out (which is still my favorite era). I'd definitely recommend all their dance practices including B-sides because maaaan are Itzy insane dancers. Especially Chaeryeong, I can never take my eyes off her.

Yuna just graduated from high school (she was a classmate of ENHYPEN/Jay and Sunoo and MIRAE/Dongpyo @ Hanlim). Actually 3 of Itzy's members were artists of the month, and they were Yeji, Chaeryeong, and Ryujin. All three of their performance were amazing, and it's cool because you can see how different their performing styles are. It would be really cool if you would react to them.

I really love Itzy because they are not the typical bubble poppy girl group. Their lyrics are always about female empowerment and that you should be yourself and that you sould not care about what other people think about you. And i believe that young girls especially in this time need to hear that! And their choreos are always so complex and very hiphop stylish instead of the sweety choreo most girlgroups do. I haven't watched yet but I just wanted to say Itzy is my favourite girl group of this generation so I'm really happy you're checking them out, Itzy always makes me feel like a teenager again in the best way, if I was a teenager when they came out they would have been my total idols. LOL. I THINK I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. You jumped from their beginning to their new sound without the transition of their releases of "Wanna be" and "Not shy" in the middle. It is a rather jarring switch in the sound and attitude of the group. I still love them but not crazy with the latest release. The "artist of the month" with Yeji is something too see. A must. Their original concept ended up being a trilogy - "It'z Different/It'z Icy/It'z Me" with Dalla Dalla, Icy and Wannabe. After that they started doing different types of songs besides the whole ~self love~ thing. Though MITM is imo the only one that really feels very different from their other title tracks.

Hello RJ, welcome to ITZY. They filmed Icy in downtown Los Angeles. They also filmed a selfie cam video for the song Nobody Like You in Venice California. Another group you might want to check out is Iz*one that has Chaeryeong's younger sister in it. They were formed from a show called Produce 48 and became one of the most loved, best selling girl group ever.
