What you saw were dual endings -- not alternate endings -- to B.A.P.'s "One Shot" MV. What they were showing was how no matter how the situation played out, there was no good ending for anyone who chooses to take part in criminal activity. The ultimate message in the "One Shot" MV was if you are involved in gangs and crime, no matter how you play things, you will always lose. You will either die or you will get caught and go to prison. You only have "One Shot" in life and you had better make the right decisions. It's a social commentary on gang culture and the gang lifestyle. B.A.P was making a statement about corruption within society and how no matter what you do, if you choose to walk that path, it will always turn out bad in the end. B.A.P. were also known for often teasing to more than one song on their album within an MV. So, in the "One Shot" MV you also heard a few of the other songs from their album. The song that was playing when they were on the yacht was one of their other songs from this album, as well as the songs you hear when they rob the armored car and when they meet the other gang in the subway, etc. B.A.P., which stands for Best Absolute Perfect -- EXO's original rivals :D -- were known for their deep (often dark) lyrics and message within their songs and MVs. They were known for the fact that they weren't afraid to take on some of the bigger societal issues that many people in Korean culture are reluctant to talk about. (However, not all their songs are this dark, they have several bright and happy songs as well.) The bunny is B.A.P.'s mascot and you will see it in the majority of things that B.A.P did. It's the symbol that represents the group. Just like EXO's symbol is the hexagon, B.A.P.'s symbol is the bunny.

They were aliens Matoki from the planet Mato sent on a mission to bring happiness to Earth with music. B.A.P was at their prime since their debut. They won every rookie awards that year except for the controversial MAMA awards. They're known as the Dark Horse of the Kpop industry and the artists of artists. As much as the fans look forward to every comeback, other artists, producing staffs and just people from the industry also anticipates every music releases that B.A.P does. Everyone can confidently say that during B.A.P's time, they made a movement about Boy Group image and its musical direction. Definitely legendary!

oh yeah, THE fanwars! exotics (then we didn't have an official fandom name) vs baby-s and it was a bloody battle to vote for MAMA 2012 rookie of the year, and I remember I laughed my ass off when they announced Busker Busker as the best new male artist. 😂But good times, good times. Also, I liked how both BAP and EXO had the concept of aliens, but EXO were more like those supernatural beings while BAP had a vibe of cool space pirates.

OMG!!! BAP! Bunny is for the matoki (masked tokki = masked bunny) character they have. Yongguk is red, Jongup is Green, etc. Each member have their assigned matoki character with corresponding name like Jongup is Dadamato, Yongguk is Shishimato etc. They have this concept of being aliens from Mato Planet who came to earth. BAP popularized the trend with the "bad boy" image, more hip hop/rap-focused boy group with dark concept and socially relevant themes in their songs. Yongguk also produced most of their songs

BAP were known as monster rookies since debut. One shot is an iconic song that most kpop stan know, the mv is a masterpiece. It's so sad that BAP company did them dirty right at their peek. Ts entert. was so terrible that the company got sued by almost all its artists and finally had to shut down in 2021. BAP was the first group they signed, they sued them, which resulted in a long hiatus, they eventually came back but they did not have the time to establish a big stable fanbase and they could not keep up with new popular groups and well established groups , the entire thing led to the group's downfall and eventually their disbandment. Youngjae is an actor now, for those who remember he was on the show celeb bros with Jay B, because he was a trainee in JYP along Got7 members.

Lol the way it was ON SIGHT with Youngjae for that One Shot betrayal for years after. If you liked the story telling of that MV, you should check out Skydive from them. They have so many bangers though and so many genres. 1004, Coffee Shop, Badman, Hurricane, Stop It, Young Wild & Free, Feels So Good, That's My Jam, Rain Sound, Honeymoon, Hands Up, Where Are You. I am a baby since 2012. ❤ And nowdays I am quite amazed seeing that Mv reactions are still on top a B.A.P stills appear in this kind of videos. So I am very proud of my fandom tho. Bunnies. I'll tell you. B.A.P's band pet is an allien bunny called Matoki (Masked Toki (bunny y korean)). And each member has his own Matoki. For example, Zelo's Matoki is Totomato. Our lightstick is a Matoki on his ship. And, of course, the light is Green. Actually there's a music video, like a short comic abiut matokis with a song, 'Goodbye'. B.A.P was the reason why i'm in kpop world now. My first B.A.P's song was Wake me up and i fell in love with this song from the first sound! It was the beginning of interesting journey called kpop. Unfortunately it was too late. I discovered them in autumn 2018 and in the beginning of 2019 they disbanded😢I wasn't ready for that... However, I am glad that the guys still get together and support each other. They come to each other's fan meetings. Daehyun came to Jongup and his team on Peak time to give some advice. I just love them. They always be special for me. And i hope someday they will reunion under the name B.A.P - Best Absolute Perfect!!!

B.A.P. deserved better. Their company treated them like dirt. You should totally check out Bang Yongguk and Moon Jongup's solo stuff. The bunny thing, bunnies are theur mascot, it's on all their album covers. The bunny design kinda looks like Max from the cartoon Sam and Max. But yeah it's never just cute bunny on the albums either it's like a bunny in a gas mask, a carnival bunny etc. And yes, One Shot mv is kind of like an album teaser in that it includes snippets of other songs: Punch, Coma and Zero, I think.

What i like the most about B.A.P is that I think there are one of the most versatile group I've seen. They have powerful and energetic songs as well as beautiful and sweet ballad, and kind of revolutionary songs and also just fun and messy type of songs and in all this diversity they're crushing it. Oh my god what a nice surprise! I’m gonna try my hardest not to write a novel them but this group (apart from the obvious one) are MY boys. B.A.P is the group that got me into kpop and literally hold a special place apart from all other groups and biases for me. They are so talented and good people and it’s so frustrating and criminal how TS treated them. Their lyrics are super impactful and inspiring. You ended up picking a lot of their heavier/rock songs but they have a good mix of fun/upbeat songs (That’s My Jam, Feel So Good, S.P.Y) and slower stuff too (Rain Sound, Coffee Shop, With You.) And they are so fun live! Their whole discography is up there with SHINee, Infinite and Beast/Highlight as my favorite in all of kpop. Since you mentioned Peak Time you actually have seen Daehyun, the main vocalist going OFF in No Mercy, in that show quickly. Jongup invited him to come see the group in the last(?) episode (I didn’t actually watch the show just clips 😅) and introduced him as his brother. You probably didn’t recognize him bc it was so brief and he still had his post-military hair cut 😂 The bunny or matoki is basically the group mascot. They had a whole story line with it for their debut involving aliens and lore and each member had their own bunny and color associated with them- the light stick is a bunny head and there is really cute merch too. One Shot has three different songs in it from their first full album- the song that plays in the intro is Punch, then obviously One Shot, and the song at the end for the alternative ending portion is Coma. To explain One Shot’s mv it’s basically saying how you only have one shot to live so you should be kind and do good or else you’ll have a ‘bad ending’ bc the gang ends up dead or in jail. Regardless of which ending you choose it’s not going to turn out well. Not sure if take recs or anything but if you want some 2nd gen goodness I highly recommend checking out Infinite! They debuted in 2010 but a month or two ago had a comeback called New Emotions after 5 years under their own company that their leader is the CEO of. And they did a whole Killing Voice as well.

B.A.P. and Block B had some of the most fun MVs back then. B.A.P. in particular had such great storylines in their MVs that kept the audience captivated. However, their company was trash and destroyed them. Even so, it's great for newer fans to go back and check out some of the iconic groups from 1st, 2nd, and early 3rd Gen.

They had a good fan base worldwide I was lucky enough to see them twice in London to me they should have achieved what BTS did but the company was so bad to them they just didn’t appreciate what they had . I`d advise you to check their MV`s - "That’s My Jam" and "WAKE ME UP". It has a different style, but hits me a lot. "That’s My Jam" is very funny and "WAKE ME UP" is opposite - real live song (about sicknesses of society).

I went to them in Atlanta and Dallas. And both times they killed it. I can't express how ahead of the curve they were. One of the few Kpop groups that had concerts outside of just LA and NYC. Random fact: When I went to Canada to visit my family, we went to their little Koreatown area and there was a k-pop shop. We got close to the owner bc we would go there a good amount of times, and she said if we stayed for another month then we could meet Zelo! I'm so glad you checked them out! I highly recommend watching more of course! To echo other comments, they were IT at the time. TS Entertainment is trash and f*cked everything up and my heart hurts every single time I think about it. They were the reason why I gave BTS a chance because I was reminded so much of B.A.P. when they debuted. Also, I think the word you were looking for in the first MV is "stomp" dance style. Idk if someone else already answered that since I haven't read every comment. Some of my faves with MVs are "Where are you, What are you doing?," "1004," "Feel So Good," and "Goodbye."

One Shot confused the heck out of me but what I eventually understood was that the alternative endings echoed the sentiment of the song, in that we only get one shot at life and our choices and decisions throughout our journey determine our future/fate so choose your path wisely. The endings show Youngjae's paths depending on his choices. In the first one he loses his life by getting involved in something shady/a gang but in the second one he survives and takes down both gangs as an undercover police officer because he made better choices in life - A

In answer to one question the reason why you saw only 5 during majority of power choreo is that Yong Guk filmed the MV with a fractured hand. TS Entertainment did not allow for medical rest or extended treatment. TS still used slave contracts and the members were fined if they did not perform. Seriously you need to read the lyrics!!!!! Warrior : Bang Yong-guk co-wrote "Warrior". The song's lyrics describes the injustice of the current society and the protagonist's desire to end it. Especially One Shot. I had the same kind of reaction that you did when I first saw it. Oh! BAP reaction in 2023 😭 Okay about the bunnies! It's their mascot and BAP debuted with a lore- They are bunny-shaped aliens called Matoki (you can google what they look like theyre cute hshs) chosen warriors who arrived on Earth in order to search power source that can save their planet. They discover the sound of crowd screaming is the enery they were looking for and became idols xD Ofc deep into their career they eventually drop this lore but its still fun
