I know this is old, but I just received the Gen II Halo's because the outside light got water in them and the diodes burned out and cannot get any parts for them. Would have been great if they made replacement diodes for them. Installing them this afternoon, hopefully the wiring is the same so I can plug and play. I will say I had the original Halo's for 3-4 years (just missed the warranty window but they cut me a deal on the Gen II's

Yes I had water, condensation in mine. Replaced all 4 under warranty when they first came out. The fifth went in April and DirtyLifeATV sent me a brand new set of 4. These are better..updated backing and case maybe….?

Not sure on that, i just siliconed everything before installing them to make sure they should be water proof.

What would it matter if you "copy" someone? Even if there were more businesses that make things. If thats what you like then do it. Like those lights i like them and moat likely be getting a set for myself.

Yes they are waterproof. I added extra silicone just to be sure. Not sure what you mean by smoked out...?

@@Pistolyu I've never had any issues at all with my rear tail lights. Only issue i ever had was the oem front headlights leaking and getting water in them from day 1.

Yes they should work just fine for it. If needed call the place your ordering from and double check, but i believe the 22s are the same headlight style etc as the 21s.

Hi, so far so good! They have performed excellent and zero issues so far. I've had em in deep water and no leaks like the stock lights or aftermarket bulbs did when they went in deep water.
