The splendid lake view is the USP of this apartment. The apartment which are two 1 BHKs converted into a duplex is badly planned/designed. It's as if the builder and architect were in two minds - make it a gated resort hotel for foreign tourists with an infinity pool and security access OR a budget domestic tourist hostel rental - and ended up making it an unflattering and poorly designed mix of both. With the right interior designer, things can be enhanced or improved internally but externally, no structural changes are possible. It's a shame and a lesson that poorly planned buildings and apartments are more costly in the long run despite the locality and views as this apartment with the right builder and architect would have been phenomenal. Raviji's navigational jugglery with the camera added to the confusing layout and confusing entrances to both levels of the duplex.

Never see the price. See the recurring expenditure after buying it. You would have to spend on interior, transportation, security and so on. Wese 19 years me 1 cr? Sahi hai.

👉These builders, agents n Goa govt together are destroying Goa for their own profit. Once a peaceful tourist place is slowing turning into concrete jungle. Rich people are using their black money to buy properties in Goa. The property prices have gone so high that common goan people can't buy a small piece of land in their own state. This never ending greed of foolosh humans will destroy everything because nature has its own way of teaching a lesson.
