What finish did you use on this? Could you do a whole video just on the finishing process

Is it me or that trem cavity looks really off centre if we compare to the hum cavity right next to it?

Good eye. Yes the trem cavity is not centered relative to the humbucker cavity. This is actually intentional, as the trem cavity needs to include space for the tremelo block under the strings (i.e., six strings centered on the center line of the guitar) and the tremelo arm (i.e., space below the high E strong nearest to the controls). If the cavity was centered, the strings would fall off the bass side of the neck.
