That's amazing!!!! Did you make that in cinema 4d? Did you create the whole course, run through the simulation, and render out different camera angles? Bet that took a long time to render out? Love the commentary as well.

Thank you very much. Yes, yes, yes, yes it did, why thank you. It was a 37 hour render... :o

@@ratemyfuneral haha, bet you waiting to get your hands on that 3080 to speed up the process! That's one long render. Amazing result though!!

@@speakenglisheasy6048 Haha, I may upgrade the ol' 2080 at some point. But in honesty, it's more an issue of optimisation on my part. I see it as a juggle between spending time ensuring a quicker render vs just leaving it over night... Longer renders are a pain, but I can at least be doing something else while it's going. :)

@@ratemyfuneral I know what you mean. I'm new to c4d myself. The First few times i didn't do a png sequence on my renders and a few of them crashed after 12 hours or so rendering. I learnt to lower my quality a little bit, do portions of my render during the night so i am free to create during the day. My Ideal setup would be two desktops, one for rendering and one for creating. However with a slightly better card than a 2070 for me i think i will be fine with my system, as i am still a beginner. Also while the long renders happen, should be enjoying life doing something else haha.
