Super easy tutorial! a lot better than other ones which iv'e struggled to understand. one question - with RNAV aproaches what frequency do you input into the NAV radio? would it be the same freq as the ILS for that runway?

No frequency required - the lat/vert deviation is calculated by the plane, not external equipment at the airport

Help...I already loaded an RNAV paroximation but my plane does not follow the airway with the autopilot. It won't let me put Vnav and LNAV. because?

Approaches vary - check the approach charts online for comparison to see if it’s just MSFS or as designed

This only works if you have the landing runway as a waypoint. If it is not a waypoint, you cannot use approach mode and will have to recycle the FD's before you are at the FAF.@@TiJayFLY

On some approaches it’s beneficial. If you have APP active and the approach you’re using doesn’t support it, it won’t do any harm. So for the sake of simplicity in this video I use it.

Altitude? You can round down, it’ll follow the FMC. You’ll only have a problem if the MCP alt is set higher than the FMC’s BOD, as it’ll restrict your descent.
