@1:50 The bloody sauce is based on the direction of the joystick in the PS4. For example if you use the bloody sauce while aiming up, it will connect to slow your opponent down. However, if you are able to use it while aiming the joystick control left or right, then the poison one will impact the health of the target. It took me several months to figure that out.
