Oh a weekly selfie is such a good idea! It's so hard to track progress, sometimes it's very subtle and consistent but impossible to tell week to week. I could never tell except with the copper peptides, it made a crazy visible difference in my skin.

Hey Sarah! Have you tried the RNW’s DER ceramide moisturiser by any chance ??? What love to know your thought on it . Also in general if it’s good to incorporate a ceramide base serum or moisturiser in daily regime if I had to pick one .

im sensitive to vitamin c and its derivatives. about how much vitamin c is in there? im used to it being the star product and just avoiding it but more and more it is showing up in little bits it seems.

It's a very interesting drug. Seems like more and more oral drugs end up in skincare like tranexamic acid and Glutathione.
