I like this road. It is shorter then taking the ring road. And it is not an f road not even a bad dirt road. Thank you for the video. Ben

Its not bad at all. Maybe I thought it was a breeze because I drove 60 up to Ísafjörður and that road can definitely be a bit.. uneasy lol. Windy, steep up and down, on the edge of tall fjords with no guardrail and a gravel road for about 2 hours straight. If you can handle that, oxi pass is no issue. People made it sound like id be off roading over a mountain lol

Was this driven 6 days ago? Thinking about driving it tomorrow with a Yaris… bad idea?

We drove it in September. But it seems to be open now and easily passable at www.road.is/travel-info/road-conditions-and-weather/entire-iceland-road-conditions-map/ so probably OK in Yaris

I drove with Hyundai 1.0 and it was okay

Do you think that it could be reasonable to drive on this road by a campervan (Renault Traffic 3)?

If you are up for some adrenaline, it should be ok in summer (july to september). It's not that bad :)

Yes that's true. We don't say this is an F-road :) just the video is a part of our video series called "F-roads in Iceland" so yes a bit misleading
