Road Bike -project, part IV: How to hand file a bicycle top tube?

The preparation of the top tube is the easiest part of the bicycle project. The blank used is a Dedacciai MTO286B301 tube, and it is filed to fit between the head tube and the seat tube. Filing this tube to completion takes about an hour, with most of the time spent finishing the tube in the jig.
