About Us!
If you had told me a year ago that we were going to sell all of our stuff to start backpacking the world, I would have called you a liar. Decisions like the one we made start with an inflection point. A point where you realize that life can never be the same anymore. After a challenging, and painful year in 2017, we decided we needed to go out and live the life we wanted to live, instead of watching it on someone else’s KZbin Channel. We had given everything we had, physically and emotionally, for other’s dreams and were ready to work that hard for ourselves. From rock bottom, Chase for Adventure was born.
The Chase Begins
We moved in with our parents, sold everything we own including our cars, and paid off $70,000 worth of debt. We worked 70hrs/week over the last year trying to save up $15,000 to make our dreams come true. Now, we are travel journalists who showcase the beauty in different cultures and inspire others to chase their dreams through our KZbin Channel and website Chase for Adventure. We want to show others that if they want something bad enough, they’ll figure out how to get it; show people who are struggling that they can make the light at the end of their tunnel. Chase for Adventure is more than just a travel vlog and blog; it’s the chronicles of what it’s like to have a dream and do whatever it takes to attain it.

Great video, thanks! As for national park prices, is pretty standard that foreigners pay more than the Thais. I just considered that the national parks are for the people of Thailand and was happy to pay a bit more to be able to experience it as well.

This is an interesting comment because I would imagine if Thai people come to the US or Australia or somewhere else would/should they have to pay higher prices as foreigners?

You can take the long way, staying in villages and going through the Mae Hong Son Loop 😁👍🏽 I did it a couple years ago on a big bike I rented in Chiang Mai

awesome video! I'll be doing the same trip with my girlfriend in December. Was your girlfriend riding on the back of your motor bike or did you take separate bikes? I'm hoping doing the trip on one bike is possible.

Thank you Bashar! I am so excited for you 😁 So Annette rode on the back with me! The one thing I will say is that we did get a more powerful motorbike. It was a 155cc instead of 125cc and that just made the hills a little easier

I call bullshit that a 125cc isn’t enough to get you to pair or anywhere around pai. I was in pai back in dencember and all my friends had newer 125s and mine had like 45000km and other than slowing down a bit on steep hills is kept up perfectly fine. Even when going up to the pai view point which was steep as fuck

Thanks for the information friend. I’m happy you and your friends were able to have no issues. However, we happened to have a different experience...hence the story I share about pushing our friends up the hill. Thanks for watching 😁🤙🏽

@@ChaseforAdventure , lol, no problem bro. Yes i ride a lot, and i would suggest getting your motorcycle license so you can explore more places that would otherwise be limited by a scooter.

That’s awesome! That’s so funny you say that because right after this trip I went straight home and got my license 😁 We ended up going to Vietnam, buying a motorcycle and doing the Ha Giang Loop. Those videos are about to come out and it was amazing! Have you been able to do any loops? 😄

Ahah I am so jealous! I want to do that one next year 😁 How was it? Did you need the dirt bike? Ahah you would love it! The only bad thing is how dangerously the locals drive. I’m really confident and practiced on a motorbike and that was the only thing that saved us a couple times from the locals driving 😑
