Imagine Road Rash with this speed at the time of launch, this is a game that should have come out with a special chip to speed up processing, it would have been perfect.

A Mega Drive game I liked playing very much. I did get up to the 2nd set of 5 races, but couldn't get past it. 1st set of 5 is always easiest, so I stuck to that. Yes, I was crashing most of the time, yet I enjoyed playing it, even though I'm not much of a sports-bike fan.

We need some instructions and more information on how to play this. There are no MP3 or WAV music files in the download for Mode 1 so it cannot be played through a Mega-CD attachment. What is a CHD file? And how to patch it to the MD ROM? This looks like it's one of those MSU+ things where you can add enhanced audio to the Mega Drive hack, if so i'm out, couldn't be bothered with all that. Just want the Mode 1 CD tracks.

CHD is a compressed CD image to play on emulators like Retroarch or ares. Just boot the .md rom using emulators that support mode 1, that's all. To play on the hardware you can decompress a CHD file using CHDMAN to create a burnable cue+bin image. I saved you a hassle and uploaded the rom with the CD image uncompressed. Just burn cue+bin image to a CD-R, insert it in the Sega CD and boot the .md rom via flash cart.
